Library Loan Program
Want to learn more about solid waste and related topics? The Authority has a library loan program that can connect you to the resources you seek. You can borrow literature and videos for a period of two weeks. There is no fee to borrow materials from the library list.
You can reserve library materials for pick-up by calling 717-845-1066 (we cannot mail library materials). Materials can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM at the reception desk in the lobby of the Authority's Management Center, located at 2700 Blackbridge Road, Manchester Township. Please be prepared to present proper identification verifying York County residency.
