Duct Board

Duct board used in building construction may be able to be donated. An internet search such as “donate duct board York PA” will show businesses that accept this material for donation. 

Duct board can also be disposed of in the regular trash or at the York County Resource Recovery Center (YCRRC) but is limited to two 42 gallon trash bags per disposal. Click here for information on YCRRC rates and hours. Your waste hauler may have additional requirements for bulk waste disposal. Contact them directly for more information.

Duct board quantities exceeding the limits stated above must be disposed of at Modern Landfill (717-246-2686).
