Headquarters of YCSWA
The Management Center serves as the York County Solid Waste Authority’s administrative headquarters. The building houses staff, a library, and various meeting rooms.
The Management Center also hosts YCSWA board meetings the third Wednesday of the month, bi-monthly (January, March, May, July, September, and November), at 6:30 PM in Conference Room A. The public is invited to attend.
Directions to the Management Center
From I-83
- Take I-83 to Exit 21 (Arsenal Road / RT 30E).
- As you come off the exit ramp, immediately get into the far-left lane and proceed to the stoplight at the intersection of Toronita Street and RT 30 East.
- Turn left onto Toronita Street, which becomes Blackbridge Road.
- Proceed approximately 1¾ miles to the Management Center, located on the right side of the road. (Note: you will pass the Resource Recovery Center on the left just before you reach the Management Center.)
From Route 30
- At the intersection of Toronita Street and Route 30, turn north onto Toronita Street, which becomes Blackbridge Road.
- Proceed approximately 1¾ miles to the Management Center, located on the right side of the road. (Note: you will pass the Resource Recovery Center on the left just before you reach the Management Center.)
