In-Person & Virtual Educational Programs
To foster greater understanding of waste management in York County, the York County Solid Waste Authority offers environmental education programs at no cost to county residents, schools, and civic groups. Our educational programs are available virtually, or a member of YCSWA’s Education Center Staff can come to you for an in-person presentation. All associated materials and handouts are provided by the Authority.
Participants must be six years of age or older, and programs must be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance. Call 717-845-1066 or contact us to schedule an in-person or virtual presentation of these lesson plans for your group.
