Recorded Music, Movies and Games

Recorded music, movies and games in the forms of discs, cassette tapes and vinyl records that are in good working condition can be donated.  An internet search such as “donate (music, movies, etc.) York PA” will show organizations that accept these items for donation. 

CDs, DVDs and game discs can be recycled by mail through The CD Recycling Center of America.  For more information, click here. 

Discs, cassette tapes and vinyl records can also be disposed of in the regular garbage.  Floppy disc data storage devices should also be disposed of in the regular garbage.
