Tree Stumps

RECYCLE:  Tree stumps can be delivered to local mulch processing businesses Eshbach Mulch (click here), H&H General Excavating (click here), and Spring Valley Mulch (click here). Contact them directly with questions regarding hours and any applicable fees.  Tree stumps that are no more than 24 inches in diameter are also accepted at the York County Resource Recovery Center’s (YCRRC) Yard Waste Facility, subject to the YCRRC tipping fee, and transported to a mulch processing facility.  Click here for information on YCRRC rates and hours. 

TRASH:  Tree stumps exceeding 24 inches can also be disposed at Modern Landfill (717-246-2686).
